1. Is there a discounted rate if I stay at the Holiday Inn?
Yes, symposium attendees will recieve a discounted rate of $89. When making hotel arrangements, attendees must identify themselves as being part of the designated room block for the Office of Minority Affairs and must make reservations before 6/1/2010 in order to receive the $89 discounted rate.
2. What does the Symposium registration fee include?
The Symposium registration fee includes the following:
¨ Two full course meals both days of the symposium, as well as hors d'oeuvres for the evening mixer (Thursday evening)
¨ Free Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) for qualified participants (Applying for 12 Social Work & Counseling CEU’s)

4. Are credit card payments accepted for the Symposium?
No. Checks, money orders and 100w’s (internal OSU payment) are the only forms of payments accepted for the registration fee. All checks and money orders should be made payable to and mailed to the ACCESS Collaborative Program (see About Us page for address).
5. Are Symposium registration fee refunds available?
No. Registration fee refunds will not be provided.

7. What are the important dates I need to remember?

8. What are CEU’s and who is eligible for CEU’s?
CEU stands for Continuing Education Unit. It is a unit of credit for participation in an accredited program designed for professionals with certificates or licenses to practice in various professions.
9. When will I receive my CEU certificate?
The CEU certificate will be sent to the address submitted on your Symposium registration form. Certificates will only be sent to participants after the required documents are reviewed by the appropriate parties. The average length of time to process the certificates is between 30 to 60 days.
