The Tutoring Program offers weekly one on one or small group tutoring sessions for a variety of courses. Students completing a Tutor Request Form are expected to schedule a weekly standing appointment with the tutor. Please read the “Tutee Memorandum of Agreement” for principles and guidelines governing the program.

 

As needed tutoring assistance will be provided at our Walk-in Tutoring Center located in Hale Hall. This option is for students who do not wish to meet with a tutor on a weekly basis. If you are only interested in utilizing walk-in tutoring, please refer to the Tutoring Program website’s “Walk-in Tutoring” link closer to the start of the quarter for the center’s hours of operation and course availability.

 

Ohio State students registered for classes at the time of their request may obtain a tutor for one on one or small group sessions in one of two ways:

 

1.      Complete the “Pre-quarter Tutor Request Form” before the start of the quarter and submit the document via email to oma-tutor@osu.edu. All pre-quarter tutor requests for autumn 2009 must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 21^st.

 

2.      Complete an electronic tutor request on the computers located in the front lobby of 1030 Lincoln Tower. The final day to submit an electronic tutor request for autumn quarter is Friday, October 2^nd at 5:00 p.m.

 

Our office will not accept one on one or small group tutor requests for autumn quarter 2009 after Friday, October 2^nd at 5:00 p.m.
