IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PARENTS:
THE FAMILY EDUCATION RIGHTS AND PRIVACY ACT (FERPA)

When students/parents call the MSS office we must verify identity if we need to access the student record. We may ask the following questions:

1. Student's SSN
2. Date of birth
3. High school attended or home address

If we are still not certain we are talking to the student/parent, we may suggest you come in person to the office with a form of identification.
